Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ECDentistry, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Model

  • We offer digital goods through subscription models with the following time periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
  • All subscriptions require a one-time prepayment for the selected course materials, valid for the subscription period.


2. Cancellation Policy
  • Eligibility: Cancellations can be requested within one week (7 days) of the purchase date. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted.
  • Process for Android Users:
    • To request a cancellation, please email us at care@ecdentistry.in with the subject line: "Cancel the Payment and Refund the amount."
    • Your email should include the email address and phone number used for logging into the app and purchasing the course.
    • Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days after the payment has been made.
  • Process for iOS Users:
    • Cancellations can be initiated directly through the iOS settings under the payment section.
3. Refund Policy
  • Refund Deductions: If a cancellation request is approved, certain amounts will be deducted from the refund, including payment gateway charges (currently processed via Razorpay for Android and Apple Pay for iOS) and other internet service fees.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Android Users: Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay. It may take between 7-14 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
    • iOS Users: Refunds are processed via Apple Pay. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will vary depending on Apple's policies and your bank’s processing time.
  • Course Access: Upon the initiation of a refund, access to the purchased course materials will be revoked.
4. Important Notes
  • Refund timelines may vary based on the payment gateway's processing time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or your bank.
